The new First Presidency was announced today & I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised with President Uchtdorf. When I was talking to my sister she made the great point that the church is becoming increasingly global & that Elder Uchtdorf will probably play a key role in this continuous expansion. It still seems strange to me to look at the picture of these three wonderful & humble men who are the top leaders of our church & not see President Hinckley. They are the new face of the church & I'm excited to see what comes of their service together!
