One Sunday afternoon the girls helped make dinner. Madisen wanted to try a new recipe from her Cupcake cookbook. She has these re-usable cupcake liners. We tried Scalloped potatoes which were actually pretty tasty. Much better than the rice we tried a few nights later.

January ReCap
The weather here has done a 180 this month! We started off with record low freezing temperatures and have recently enjoyed a few 70 degree days. On one such 70 degree day we found ourselves at the Teddy Bear Park. Brooklyn was, of course, loving the swing. Her sisters and I took turns pushing her.
And Caitlyn was feeling particularly brave because she ventured away from me for most of the time we were there. There were a BUNCH of little girls there this day & she was enjoying being in the mix. Here she is with her friend Madison.

And the most exciting thing of the month is that the girls started a gymnastics/ dance class. They have been eagerly awaiting this day since we attended a birthday party at the Little Gym back in September.
Here they are with their friend Emma, sporting their gymnastic outfits that grandma gave them for Christmas.
