Yesterday was parent day in dance class. We did this a few months ago and it was neat to go in again & see the progress. I'm going to brag about the patient, pregnant teacher you see. She is truly AMAZING! The girls listen to & respect her. She not only teaches them dance skills- which can be difficult for kids this age b/c they are having their body multi-task- but she also teaches important life skills. Each day it's one girls turn to be the leader. I was lucky enough to see Madisen be the leader. :) The girls thank her by name when she passes something out to them, and when Madisen collects the item she asks, "May I please have __________?"It was a proud moment for me to watch Madisen shine. She is definitely in her element with ballet & tap shoes. She shuffle steps and pleas with ease & grace. I can see the confidence that she is gaining and I LOVE it. I took a few viedos, here are 2 for your pleasure. I didn't have the best angle & of course I forgot to hold the camera horizontal- sorry.
