Weekend at the Beach

We arrived in CA for Memorial Day weekend. We decided that if we were going that far from home, we should enjoy every last minute. After a long day of traveling (Saturday) the kids were excited to finally play at the beach with their cousins. AND we got to meet our newest cousins for the first time. (Ian and Isla were born in January.)

Caitlyn and Connor were best buddies! They played together so well...quite different than at Christmas.
Madisen and Matthew adore each other. Here they were creating an underground water tunnel.
The men headed up a soccer game that appealed to all of the little ones.
Brooklyn was in heaven with the bucket and the hose.
I love this girl!
The M's were entertained by a lady bug for about at least an hour.
Bill tried out the latest craze for ocean-goers... paddle boarding. He was actually pretty good for his first time.
The girls were holding the twins every chance they got. Isla was quite amused by Madisen.
