The day after Christy's wedding, we met up with my family for a little vacation. The first day we took advantage of those 'give a day get a day' free passes that we earned for DISNEYLAND!
Our plan was to all wear yellow, so we were easy to identify as a group, and be there as the park opened on Monday morning.

{Three kids up oh-so-early for our adventure!}
Then we all loaded in grandpa's 12 passenger van- can you believe we all fit... even with 5 car seats?

{Bill and my dad not pictured... they are behind the camera.}

{Classic entrance picture. Ready for a day of F-U-N!}

{The kids loved being together!}

{I lost count, we either rode the carousel 2 or 3 times!}

{Here we are in line for the space rockets.}

{This picture is classic for the day. Each of my girls assigned themselves a riding buddy; Madisen chose grandma and Caitlyn chose Aunt Kellie. And they really didn't deviate from this! Bill had to talk pretty hard to get Madisen to ride 1 ride with him... the last one of the day.}

{Pink tea cup, of course.}

{Our circus family}

{And of of course we took a break from standing in line to enjoy the Main Street Parade.}

{Caitlyn got brave enough to join the dancers.}

{Brooklyn managed to sneak in a few naps.}

{This mom wasn't too keen on the idea of standing in a REALLY long line to let my girls see the princesses. Instead we had dinner on the picnic tables near there. This way they were able to watch the princess walk between the dressing rooms and their designated standing location when they were changing shifts. Here they are enjoying their castle cookie.}

{Later in the day some of the adults left to do a few 'big kid' rides. Here we are juggling the 5 kids in line. We drew a few laughs from those around us.}

{Look at those smiling faces!}

{We enjoyed every last minute... a full 12 hour day at the park was just perfect. We watched most of the fireworks show near the front gates so we could make a quick escape. Madisen, however, was NOT ready to leave. She informed us that she still wanted to do more.}
