Some Insight
I'm not really a big candy eater (I prefer homemade sweets) unless the candy coincides with a holiday/ season. You won't find Starburst or M&M's in my pantry. Nope, it's Robin Eggs in the spring, Candy Corns in the fall, Nerd Jelly Beans or candy canes at Christmas, and my absolute favorite are those crunchy Necco Candy Hearts for Valentines! And yes, they must be Necco brand!
